Google User Data (Google API Services)

When you choose to connect StackWrap with Google services, We access only the minimum Google user data necessary to provide the features you enable.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data We Access

We do not access Gmail contents, Contacts, or any unrelated Google data.

How We Use Google Data
We use Google data only to provide the features You explicitly enable — such as showing calendars, syncing tasks, or embedding documents.

We do not:
• Use Google data for advertising
• Build marketing profiles from Google data
• Sell Google data

Sharing of Google Data
We do not share Google user data except:
• With Service Providers operating under contract to Us
• When You request or authorize sharing
• When required by law

We do not allow human access to Google data except:
• When You ask for support
• When necessary for security or fraud prevention
• When required by law

Storage & Security
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• OAuth tokens and data are stored securely and accessed under least-privilege controls.
• Only essential personnel may access production systems.

Data Retention & Deletion
We retain Google data only as long as required to provide the connected features.

You may disconnect StackWrap from your Google account at any time at:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

To delete associated Google data stored by StackWrap, contact: hello@stackwrap.com

We will delete all stored Google tokens and related cached data unless retention is legally required.

Retention of Your Personal Data
We retain Personal Data only as long as needed or legally required. Usage Data may be retained for security or analytics.

Delete Your Personal Data
You may:
• Delete certain data through your Account settings
• Request deletion of data by emailing hello@stackwrap.com

When You request deletion, we will also delete:
• Stored Google login tokens
• Google Calendar / Drive sync data
• Any other Google user data retained by StackWrap (unless retention is required by law)

Security of Your Data
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Links to Other Websites
We are not responsible for external website privacy practices.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy and will notify users when changes are significant.
